About the project: 

We partnered with IBM Smarter Workforce, Kenexa and Global Business Services teams to develop branding guidelines and marketing collateral for IBM Talent Management Solutions, IBM Kenexa, and IBM GBS Talent & Engagement divisions. These divisions were in the process of transitioning their branding from the Smarter Workforce look and feel to that of Watson Talent. The interim branding solution was developed to harmonize the three divisions’ visual presence and bridge the gap between full-scale branding efforts.
