A Seamless Interactive Experience

The project consisted of two key components:

Administrator Wizard: HR administrators input health plan details, define employee contributions, and customize options.
Employee Tool: Employees enter their health care needs through a guided, step-by-step interface that generates a personalized plan comparison.

To enhance user engagement, we designed the employee interactive in a Mad Libs-style narrative, where users seamlessly input their information inline with the content. This approach not only made the process more engaging but also helped simplify complex decisions through a familiar and intuitive format.
