We partnered with the Boston University Center for Information & Systems Engineering (CISE) to redesign their website, creating a visually engaging and accessible platform that effectively communicates their research, programs, and events to the community.
The Boston University Center for Information & Systems Engineering (CISE) sought a web agency to help redesign their website to better showcase their research, programs, and events. Our team collaborated closely with CISE, as well as Boston University’s IT and MarCom offices, to create a site that was not only visually appealing but also met the university’s rigorous accessibility and standardization requirements.
Leveraging the WordPress platform, we developed custom page templates that seamlessly integrated university-wide systems such as the events calendar with CISE-managed news and events. We also pushed the design and functionality boundaries of their directory plugin, enhancing access to research personnel and ensuring the site met the needs of the diverse CISE community.

Rudy Dominguez is a seasoned technology leader with nearly two decades of experience in interface development, rich-media applications, animation, interactive media, and custom application development. Since co-founding A+R Media Studio in 2004, Rudy has been instrumental in driving the agency’s technical innovation and operational success.
As Partner and Technology Director, Rudy oversees all technical aspects of the agency, leading development teams on projects that span websites, interactive games, content management systems, software, and more. He also specializes in creating motion graphics for online ads, trade show videos, and commercials. His diverse portfolio includes collaborations with notable clients such as IBM, HBO, Alcon, the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, and Lowell Makes.
Prior to A+R Media Studio, Rudy served as Senior Experience Lead for Interface Development at Razorfish, where he mentored developers, identified opportunities in emerging technologies, and acted as a principal client consultant. At Razorfish, he worked with clients such as Ford Motor Company, Estée Lauder, GE Silicones, and Wesleyan University.
Rudy holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University, a background that informs his analytical approach to problem-solving and technical design. His expertise lies in translating complex technical challenges into seamless, user-friendly digital experiences that deliver measurable results.
Andee Wilcott is a creative leader with over 20 years of experience in design and marketing, spanning both traditional and interactive media. She combines a keen eye for design with strategic marketing expertise to deliver targeted branding solutions, including brand identities, web interfaces, printed collateral, and promotional materials.
In 2001, Andee launched her own boutique agency, andeewilcott.com, specializing in custom web and print solutions for a diverse clientele. In 2004, she co-founded A+R Media Studio with Rudy Dominguez, expanding the agency’s offerings to include animation and application development.
As Partner and Creative Director at A+R Media Studio, Andee leads art direction, oversees web production, and manages client relationships. Her ability to streamline workflows and optimize project timelines ensures the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to client goals.
Andee’s prior roles include serving as Lead Project Manager at Miller Systems and marketing and producing enrichment programs, conferences, and seminars for Boston University’s College of Communication.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Television and Film Production from Boston University and brings a multidisciplinary approach to every project, blending creativity, technical expertise, and strategic insight to elevate brands in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
