About the project

Bouvier Pharmacy, a trusted name in healthcare for over 125 years, came to us with a website that hadn’t kept up with the times. Their outdated platform limited functionality, hindered usability, and didn’t reflect the full scope of services they proudly offer. We partnered with the Bouvier team to reimagine their digital presence from the ground up—architecting, designing, and developing a modern, user-friendly website on the WordPress platform.

Designing for Service and Growth

One of the biggest goals of the redesign was to clearly showcase Bouvier’s expanded offerings—particularly their residential care solutions. We worked with their team to highlight services tailored to long-term care communities, including:

On-site vaccinations

Personalized medication management

Concierge services for residents and staff

These services are a major part of Bouvier’s evolving role in healthcare, and now they’re front and center where facilities and care providers can easily learn more and get in touch.

Showcasing Today’s Offerings, Honoring Yesterday’s Roots

We also built a clean, easy-to-navigate product catalog featuring over 100 items across 15 categories—making it simple for customers to browse and explore what’s available in-store.

And while the new site looks ahead, it also honors Bouvier’s rich legacy. A new section on their About page offers a look back at key milestones from their 125 years in business, giving visitors a sense of their deep roots in the community.

Behind the Scenes

The new site was built on WordPress, giving the Bouvier team full control over their content moving forward. We made sure the site is fully responsive across all devices, simple to navigate, and designed with accessibility in mind.

To support secure, HIPAA-compliant communication with patients and care facilities, we integrated Jotform into the site—making it easy for users to submit inquiries and forms with confidence that their information is protected.

From the custom product catalog to secure communication tools, every part of the site was tailored to support Bouvier’s mission and values.
