About the project: 

Fidelity’s Unified Household Management team sought to enhance their sales representatives’ ability to communicate the value of their Household Tax Strategies offering. They needed an interactive solution that could simplify complex investment concepts and demonstrate personalized benefits for customers.

We partnered with Fidelity to develop an engaging, user-friendly tool tailored to advisors and customers. The interactive tool enables sales representatives to guide customers through a step-by-step process:

  1. Define Current Investment Status
    Users input details about their existing investment accounts, asset allocation, and financial objectives through a series of intuitive screens.
  2. Customized Investment Strategy
    The tool analyzes the provided information and showcases how Fidelity’s Household Tax Strategies can optimize asset allocation. Using clear visuals and data-driven insights, it highlights how these changes align with customers' long-term financial goals.

The interactive tool empowers Fidelity’s advisors to:

  • Deliver clear, personalized insights to customers.
  • Enhance customer understanding of the benefits of tax-efficient investment strategies.
  • Build trust and engagement by showcasing the tangible impact of Fidelity’s offerings.

"In Q1 2023 I came up with the idea to create an interactive widget to help Advisors simulate in real-time the investment capabilities of Fidelity’s Unified Managed Household (UMH) offering.  This experience would demonstrate how Fidelity may align an investor’s portfolio of accounts to a hypothetical asset allocation using goal-based investing.

My team and I were introduced to A+R Media in Q3 2023. Upon meeting Andee and Rudy (A+R), I knew that we had met the right people to bring this concept to fruition.

The tool was very well received by Fidelity Advisors and created headlines and excitement across various other business units within the enterprise.
